The new system you all installed rocks! You and Bret really outdid yourselves with this recommendation, even though it cost me a little more. It is great to go in to a different room and the temperature be the same, especially the living room addition. So thank you for the recommendations, but that is not the main reason I chose to write you this email. I wanted to brag about the guys that worked out here yesterday, Brad Marshall and David Willoughby. I was very impressed with their professional work and attitude and wanted to let you know about it. I am sure it works there like the police department, you will get all kinds of complaints, but very few probably let you know when employees do an outstanding job.

Brad and David showed up at my residence a between 0800 and 0900. Both of them introduced themselves and were very easy to talk to. I initially had a lot of questions about the system when they first arrived, I’m sure I was probably close to annoying, but they took the time to answer all my questions and explain things thoroughly when needed. There was no time wasted at all, as soon as they finished answering my questions they started working. While working they found that I had a 3 year old daughter. They knew it would be extremely hot inside while they were working, so they called and had a window unit brought out to keep us cool while the system was being installed.

As mentioned above, they worked very hard and no time was wasted, I’m not sure they even stopped to eat lunch. I tried to offer them many things, such as drinks and a radio, but they politely declined and kept working away. I never heard either one of them complain about anything, even when my daughter would get in their way. They actually took some time to talk to her, which she will remember. You know the previous problems I had with another company here in Lexington. Brad and David even corrected some of the mistakes previously made. They seemed to care a lot about their job and me and my family, often checking on things, letting me know their progress, asking me if they could stay after 1700 to finish the job, and even asking me if I was going to be happy with the A/C because it had a minor scuff on the outside. Once they were finished I went and checked out the job they had done. When the other company had done work they had left a mess and a lot of garbage. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean and neat area under my house, like no work had been done.

I’m not one to commend someone who does good work, because most of the time that is the job they are there to do. But these two gentlemen were exceptional in every aspect of the job. You truly have two great workers in Brad and David and I wanted you to know that I appreciate the hard work and professional attitude they displayed, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. So once again thank you all for everything and take pride in having two employees of that caliber.Thank you.
