HVAC Replacement

When your current equipment is ready to be replaced, Fayette Heating & Air will remove it and install the next generation of equipment in its place. Coordinating the removal of the old with the delivery of the new, our technicians are trained to:
  • Remove existing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Recover refrigerant according to safety guidelines.
  • Assemble, install, and operate new industrial refrigeration evaporators, compressors, condensers, and pumps.
  • Inject refrigerants and lubricants that meet temperature requirements and conform to manufacturers’ specifications.
  • Complete the welding, wiring, and placement of pipes, tubes, fittings, and meters.
  • Calculate the refrigeration load and set pressure regulators and controls that govern temperature, air circulation, and defrosting.
  • Complete all work in accordance with federal and state regulations related to the disposal of hazardous waste, environmental protections and safety.
Preventative Maintenance

We can provide the following services where applicable, or a custom plan can be created to meet your company's personal needs:
  • Lubricate all bearings as needed.
  • Replace air filters.
  • Check refrigerant in systems.
  • Adjust and/or replace belts.
  • Inspect and adjust temperature controls.
  • Inspect and adjust safety controls.
  • Inspect oil in compressors and replenish or change as necessary.
  • Clean, check and /or replace filters on make-up air units.
  • Inspect equipment for refrigerant leaks.
  • Check operation of all refrigeration and safety controls.
  • Clean lint and dirt from air cooled condensers.
  • Check operating pressures of condensing units.
  • Inspect and adjust ice machines.
